This notice applies to the public website of Wallpaper Hangers Shenandoah. The site provides wallpaper-service information and a way to request a conversation. It does not create an online account, accept payment, or confirm a service booking.
Information you may send
The form asks for your name, phone number, and project city. Email and a short project message are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, health information, or other sensitive details in an ordinary project inquiry.
When the browser provides them, our server also receives the referring page address and the website address used for the request. If the referring address includes advertising-source tags such as UTM parameters, those may accompany the inquiry; they are not sent by every browser in every situation. A submission time and site domain are included in business notifications.
How an inquiry is routed
We send form inquiries to our Telegram notification channel and to an external lead-management service at svoi.us, so the request can reach us for follow-up. Those services process information under their own terms and policies; we do not control their independent data handling or retention.

Website and technical operation
You do not need an account to contact us. The web host may process ordinary technical request data to operate the website. Third-party services and infrastructure may have their own technical logs and retention practices.
